BMA is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote position.
Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, organizing, supervising, controlling, budgeting and execution of all supported contract activities. Singular point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer Representative and supported Government Program Managers. In coordination with company executive leadership, establishes and adjusts, as needed, contract resources to ensure successful cost, schedule, quality and performance across contract support activities. Leads projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems. Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Top Secret clearance requirement for this role.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Current Project or Program Management from an accredited institution.
- Masters Degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
- 10+ years of program management experience.
- 15+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- 2+ years of experience in supporting DOD Program Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Level or ACAT III level IT development programs, including program management; systems engineering (SE); program related functional/technical quality, cost analysis (CA), and configuration management (CM) assessments; audits of DoD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data; and program compliance with DOD acquisition policies and regulations
- Demonstrated experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
- Demonstrated experience with analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
- Demonstrated experience briefing DoD senior leaders and managers; excellent analytical, written, and communicative skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Energy Procurement Support Tools (EPST) including Bid Evaluation Model (BEM), Contract Information System (CIS), Transportation Rate Information System (TRIS), the Offer Entry Tool (OET) and Prices to Web (P2W).
- Proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
