Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The Training & Performance organization develops and delivers policy training to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our users and content creators to enjoy and express themselves.

As a Data & Learning Analytics Architect, you are a hands-on leader responsible for design, development, and execution of learning analytics within the T&P organization. You will create innovative solutions that drive learning excellence. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that our learning solutions are performance-based, skills development-focused, and seamlessly integrated into the workflow. This role requires a strong understanding of learning/training domain & data analysis techniques and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and report on the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives. Additionally, you will focus on quality metrics and overall learner satisfaction to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our learning programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement vision and strategy for learning analytics within the organization;
- Own data management, data quality, data governance as it pertains to learning analytics, quality metrics, & learner performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( e.g. instructional designers, trainers, & QA) to analyze data from a variety of sources including learning management systems, surveys, and assessments;
- Use statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns in the data;
- Leverage data and learning analytics to inform, monitor, measure, and optimize learning strategies, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and equitable; implement improvements as needed to maximize impact;
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the roadmap for T&P's data & learning analytics intitiatives;
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and other visual materials;
- Align learning analytics initiatives with business objectives;
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in learning analytics & data science to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and future-proof (e.g., Adaptive learning, integrating AI, etc.);
- Drive culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization;
- Lead a high-performer Data & Learning Analytics Team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related fields;
- 5+ years proven expertise as a Data & Learning Analytics Architect/Data Science showcasing a robust portfolio of successful learning solutions based on a data driven approach and at least 3 years in a leadership role;
- Deep understanding and expertise with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, learning methodologies (elearning, ILT, etc.) required;
- Experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance;
- Experience in enterprise learning Systems (e.g. Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), etc);
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, performance-based, and skills development-focused learning experiences across diverse modalities (eLearning, blended learning, instructor-led training) with strong analytical skills to extract insights from data, optimize learning outcomes, and utilize learning analytics dashboards;
