We are a cross-functional team with expertise in a variety of legal specialties to assist the business as it navigates the complex legal and operating environment worldwide.
This position will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Government Regulatory Compliance.
About the role - you will:
- Assist with all stages of litigation, including matter intake, document collection, witness interviews, legal hold drafting and issuance, fact discovery, subpoenas, expert discovery, trial preparation, settlement, budgeting.
- Prepare summaries of litigation and employment matters
- Receive subpoenas, respond to or appropriately route subpoenas internally
- Conduct legal research and pull cases and docket entries from Westlaw/Lexis/Pacer
- Update organization and departmental policies, programs, and procedures
- Act as a liaison between the legal department, business partners, and outside counsel
- Prepare quarterly litigation report for executive review
- Assist in preparing and managing litigation budget
- Draft notice letters and routine legal correspondence
- Work with records management in the management and disposition of litigation records
- Support the Legal team on paralegal projects, as requested
- Occasionally attend virtual meetings with coworkers in different time zones

Your experience includes:
- Litigation and employment paralegal working in either a law firm or in-house legal department
- Handling service of process, subpoenas, and document requests
- Demonstrated knowledge of the eDiscovery
