Email Account Manager

<p><strong>About the Role</strong>: Are you interested in expanding your career in Lifecycle marketing? The WITHIN team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Account Manager who is willing to take the lead across multiple retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives</li> <li>Daily account management and optimization</li> <li>Implementing proprietary technology and best practices</li> <li>Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns</li> <li>Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives</li> <li>Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics</li> <li>Manage client calls and conduct client presentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner)</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience</strong></li> <li>Experience with other ESP’s (Braze, or Klavyio are preferred) required</li> <li>Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required</li> <li>Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands&nbsp;</li> <li>General business acumen</li> <li>Strong project management and ability to lead&nbsp;</li> <li>Go-getter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Solution focused individual who thinks outside the box for clients</li> <li>Working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables and vlookups)</li> <li>Ability to present data to clients in a meaningful way</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cognitive Aptitude and Typing Test</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Unlimited vacation policy</li> <li>Monthly Phone Stipend</li> <li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options</li> <li
