About the project 
 
As a Business Analyst, you will have a proven track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and documentation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that all solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Create and manage documentation in Confluence and manage project/task tracking through Jira. 
✅ Understand telecommunications processes, including but not limited to network operations, customer service platforms, billing systems, and provisioning. 
✅ Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Business Analyst.  
✨ Proven background in the telecommunications industry. 
✨ Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product, and marketing. 
✨ Capable of delivering high-quality documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
