Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic transportation location. In this unarmed role, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and engaging with individuals throughout the area. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring designated zones, addressing any security-related matters that arise, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. This post includes driving duties, requiring you to navigate the location and respond promptly to situations as needed. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun04:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while on duty.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report on conditions and/or incidents that may impact the security-related operations of the location.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
• Complete required reports and logs documenting patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
