The Position:
As a Therapy Recruiter, your job is to recruit qualified candidates for therapy positions. You negotiate with potential candidates, screen eligible persons, and conduct preliminary interviews. Individuals with experience in an office setting, health-care profession, or recruiting field are preferred. Job duties include but are not limited to: 

• Understands and adheres to established Angels of Care policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the inflow of candidates through our hiring process by managing our applicant tracking system and job boards available online, as well as actively headhunting therapists through various methods including social media.
• Schedules interviews/orientations for prospective employees for new and current clients.
• Preforms data entry in required systems/programs.
• Performs general office duties including, but not limited to, word processing, provides reception and telephone services.
