Founding Static Analysis Engineer at Stealth Portfolio Company
CreandumAbout the role
We're looking for talented and driven Static Analysis Engineers who want to tackle ambitious problems
We're an all ex-Palantir founding team trying to solve one of the biggest hidden problems in the software world. We're looking for engineers who are driven to build the next generational company with us here in London.
π Conduct AI is here to supercharge businesses process modernization
At the heart of an enterprise tech stack is the ERP: the central system of record for everything that a company does.
Large enterprises have accumulated decades' worth of complex ERP codebases: millions of lines of code, thousands of configuration options, and large operations teams. This adds huge overhead whenever companies want to update their processes, delaying their project roadmaps by years and costing them up to hundreds of millions per company.
π§ We're using Generative AI to untangle this complexity and enable companies to move faster than ever before
We're giving companies transparency into how their ERPs are truly set up, mapping it out using LLMs, symbolic AI, and static analysis. This lets teams move faster and more confidently, ultimately unblocking companies from realizing their biggest projects.
π€― We're seeing crazy demand
Weβre already working with 2 of Europeβs largest enterprises, and demand is so high we have had to put a number of multi-billion dollar companies on a waitlist. With potential 6-7 figure ACVs, weβre sprinting toward hypergrowth.
π₯ We're looking for world-class Static Analysis Engineers
ERPs are extremely large systems, and providing explainability into them is a complex technical challenge.
We're looking for individuals who are excited by this and want to develop an impactful product from the ground up. We're not prescriptive about years of experience or tech stack: we believe that the strongest engineers can pick up any piece of technology. The ideal candidate:
β
Demonstrates strong fundamentals in static analysis techniques
β
Has experience building static analysis systems from the ground up
β
Is obsessive about user impact, shipping and pivoting on direct feedback
β
Feels ownership not just in the implementation but also the product direction
β
Experience with full-stack engineering, graph DBs, or LLMs is a bonus
β
Is tech stack agnostic, preferring to use the best tool to solve a problem
Here's what we are using today:
π» TypeScript on NodeJS Backend
π» NextJS Front-End
π» Custom lexers, parsers, and static analyzers
π» Self-hosted LLMs
π» LLM agent pipelines
π» Middleware written in proprietary languages
π» neo4j Graph Database
πΊThe Team

Ex-Palantir Engineering Lead for Palantir Japan, formerly engineer for ERP connection tooling. Cambridge CS Grad. - π€ JP Haas (CEO)
Ex-Palantir Head of Sales Engineering, accountable for 8-digit ACVs. Oxford PPE Grad. - π€ Philipp Hoefer (CPO)
Ex-Palantir AI Platform Lead, Implementation Lead for flagship automotive + insurance accounts. Oxford Economics Grad.
π Our Values
Our team deeply believes in the following principles:
β Pragmatism and focus on user outcomes. We are here to solve real-world problems and get them into the hands of users as fast as possible.
