Agency Operations Specialist

Overview:

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking an Agency Operations Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in our Tallahassee office. This role will facilitate producer requests as a support position in tandem with our Agency Operations Supervisor. In addition, the role will collaborate with Sales Managers, Policy Services staff, and other members of Sales and Marketing to support SageSure in becoming #1 with our producers.   

What you’d be doing:  

• Facilitate new producer onboarding, updates, terminations, book transfers, and broker of record changes.  
• Facilitate SageSure licenses/appointments for producers, staff, and company associates.  
• Manage producer product access roles that are based on distribution channels, partnerships, and state within a CRM platform  
• Reconcile agency administration database with carrier database information.  
• Handle email correspondence with producers and company associates.  
• Meet internal service level goals regarding response and resolution timeframes.  
• Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives 

We’re looking for someone who has:  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• High energy, with a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task.  
• Attention to accuracy and detail.  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create, navigate, and use Excel spreadsheets effectively.  
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools.  

Highly preferred candidates also have:  

• 2+ years' experience in property & casualty insurance.  
• Certified Professional Service Representative License OR Insurance Producer License.  
• Any insurance-related designation.  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations Management or related area.
