SmartCOMM Developer

We are seeking experienced SmartCOMM Developers to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing customer correspondence, document generation, template design, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize interactive, batch, and on-demand communications.
• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartCOMM (Smart Communications).
• Create and manage communication templates, forms, letters, statements, and customer correspondence.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand communication requirements.
• Configure business rules, content libraries, reusable templates, and document workflows.
• Integrate SmartCOMM solutions with upstream and downstream enterprise applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Support migration, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives within SmartCOMM environments.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and defect resolution.

Requirements

Experience : 6 years to 12 years

Strong hands-on experience with Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform.

Experience in SmartCOMM template design and development.

Knowledge of document composition and customer communication management (CCM) concepts.

Experience with data mapping and document generation processes.

Understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and related technologies.

Experience in creating correspondence, statements, notices, and customer-facing communications.

Expertise in SmartCOMM Designer and Developer tools.
