About the role

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, donations, and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

- Oversee a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists
- Supervise the processing of incoming payments following financial policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
- Ensure timely posting of all invoices and payments
- Review the accounts receivable ledger for accuracy and proper posting
- Process donations accurately and in a timely manner
- Address discrepancies and resolve billing issues
- Review and post daily and weekly transactions into the accounting software
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process reviews and ensure compliance
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card and/or satisfactory applicable state background check
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
