About the role

AmeriSave Mortgage is a leading online mortgage lender, dedicated to simplifying the mortgage experience and empowering homeowners. We are committed to providing fast, transparent, and competitively priced loans to help our customers finance their dreams. Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to spearhead our home renovation lending initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with home renovation contractors, retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s, and other relevant organizations in the home improvement space. Your primary goal will be to promote AmeriSave’s instant-approval home renovation loan app, driving adoption and fueling loan growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with home renovation contractors, big-box home improvement retailers, and other partners to encourage them to recommend AmeriSave’s app for renovation loans.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for contractor and retailer partners—providing support, training, and resources to help them understand and promote our instant-approval loan offerings.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on trends in home improvement, consumer financing, and mortgage lending to refine partnership strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to create customized pitch decks, marketing collateral, and training materials that resonate with contractors and retailers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics (loan volume, adoption rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) to optimize strategies and ensure goals are met.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the AmeriSave brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building awareness and fostering new relationships.
 Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2+ years in business development, marketing, or partnership management—preferably in the home improvement, finance, or mortgage industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage products, home renovation loans, or consumer financing is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture productive partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute on partnership plans without close supervision.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to make decisions, measure success, and modify partnership approaches. Experience with CRM and/or marketing software is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel locally or regionally to meet with contractors, retailers, and attend industry events as needed.
 What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
  • Growth Opportunities: Join a fast-growing team with ample room for professional development and career advancement.
