As a Starbucks director, human (partner) resources for the Finance organization, you will lead talent and organizational priorities as the business partner to the Finance organization and our chief financial officer. Leading a team of Human (Partner) Resources business partners, you will develop plans and execute programs that fuel business growth, unleash leader capability and elevate the experience of our partners (employees). We are looking for someone who leads through our Starbucks Mission & Values and has a track record of achieving excellence through delivering on priorities, problem-solving, building capability and leadership, and developing high performing teams.

Ensure Talent for the Future: Build healthy succession plans by forecasting, hiring, retaining, and developing leadership talent aligned to the long-term business strategy.
Lead Organizational Transformation & Culture: Design effective organizational structures and ways of working that strengthen culture, performance, and inclusion to enable business outcomes.
Enhance Leader and Team Effectiveness: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, driving leadership alignment and high-performing teams across functions.
Execute with Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of HR strategies and programs by partnering with COEs, integrating with functional needs, and delivering on talent outcomes.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders in the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies and initiatives, including change management, training and development, staffing, succession planning, and performance management (8 years).
Leadership and management skills managing a human resources team with multi-functional generalist accountabilities in the areas of staffing, partner relations, learning and organizational development (8 years).
Human resource breadth in staffing, compensation, org effectiveness, talent management, or employee relations preferred.
Progressive experience providing human resources management services in a scaled environment.
