Description

The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position focused on aging and long-term care research, under the mentorship of Dr. Kali Thomas. This fellowship offers advanced training in aging-related health services research, with an emphasis on assisted living and dementia care.

The Fellow will work as part of an interdisciplinary team and gain hands-on experience conducting NIH- and foundation-funded health policy research. The position offers rich opportunities for collaboration with researchers at other institutions and research centers, as well as active involvement in the Hopkins Business of Health Initiative. Fellows will have access to existing datasets and are encouraged to engage in data analysis and manuscript development. Comprehensive mentorship will support scholarly productivity, including publications and grant writing.

Salary Range

The referenced salary range represents the minimum and maximum salaries for this position and is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief at the time of posting.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.  The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary and will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and other factors, as reasonably determined by the University.
