Position Summary:
Partnering closely with our leaders in Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Marketing, the Sales Development Program Manager will be responsible for planning and executing our inbound and outbound demand generation strategy for the Sales Development Representative Team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Provider Sales, the Sales Development Program Manager will work closely with individual contributors on the SDR team to ensure delivery on sales activity targets, pipeline generation targets, and lead conversion targets. Key Responsibilities: ·       Develop entry-level personnel from sales novices to sales experts within an aggressive time frame·       Training SDR team members on a defined sales methodology and monitoring compliance ·       Continuous coaching and feedback with SDR team members on activity plans, sales acumen, industry acumen, business acumen, presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills·       Lead career development planning and coaching with SDR team members to ensure they are making steady progress towards their future career goals·       Collaborate with the VP, Provider Sales, to develop innovative new demand generation strategies and identify opportunities for increasing impact through investment in sales technology, while streamlining efforts through a relentless focus on process improvement·       Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure all standard SDR processes are documented, updated, and shared effectively with the team·       Collaborate with Sales Enablement on continuous improvement of the SDR onboarding program to ensure high-impact SDR’s are produced in the shortest time-frame possible·       Assist Sales Enablement in the production and delivery of key onboarding and enablement assets·       Manage SDR team members to key performance indicators, such as pipeline generation targets, call targets, and meeting targets using tools such as Salesforce Dashboards and SalesLoft Analytics·       Work closely with Sales Directors on demand generation strategy and talent management for SDRs aligned with Account Executives in their regions·       Collaborate with Human Resources to establish an “always-on” hiring engine for new SDR talent, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to the VP of Provider Sales on new hires·       Manage Total Addressable Market documentation for SDRs·       Work with Sales Directors and VP of Sales to determine whitespace within territories and designated strategies based on current geographic market conditions (convener activity, activation status, customer saturation, etc.) Required Experience: ·       5+ years’ experience in sales, sales coaching, and a demonstrated understanding of sales strategy·       Experience in effective sales training·       Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive accountability to results and inspire high performance among direct reports·       Highly organized and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment·       Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly at the executive level·       Experience in developing relationships with sales professionals and sales executive leadership·       Familiarity with blended learning, virtual classroom technologies, and other essential sales enablement technologies and coaching best practices ·       Demonstrated ability to effectively assess needs, recommend solutions, design, deliver, and measure the results of sales enablement initiatives and programs·       Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills ·       Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM·       Effective use of standard MS office suite: Word, Excel (basic analysis & pivot tables), PowerPoint·       Prior experience working in or selling within acute or long-term post-acute markets  Nice to have:·       Experience with Salesforce CPQ, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong considered an asset·       Financial acumen (ability to interpret P&L, explain ROI, evaluate capital investments) considered an assetUnde
