Sourcing Associate

Opportunity for internal candidates to step into a Strategic Sourcing / Category Manager role responsible for leading sourcing projects, developing category strategies, supporting business stakeholders, and ensuring effective supplier performance

• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, including creation, review, and execution of supplier contracts.
• Assist in drafting standard templates such as MSA, SOW, NDA, and Amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with category managers, legal, and business stakeholders to route contracts for approval.
• Maintain and update the contract repository and ensure metadata accuracy in contract management systems.
• Track key contract milestones such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.
• Conduct preliminary checks on supplier and contract compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in preparing contract summaries and reports for leadership and audit reviews.
• Support sourcing events and supplier onboarding as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Basic understanding of commercial terms and contract structures preferred
