Program Associate
The Program Associate's responsibilities include maintaining accurate client files, handling program inquiries, coordinating volunteer activities, and assisting with events and special projects.
Job Responsibilities

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Program Director for assigned Program;

Maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations;

Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations;

Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary;

Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies;

Handles all basic Program inquiries, scheduling and monitoring all activities related to volunteers/volunteer opportunities for the Program;

Accepts, logs and stores donations received at the site;

Assists with the planning and coordination of social outings, events, and educational trainings provided by outside vendors and/or providers for clients and/or staff;

Assists with special projects, as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Relevant Education:
Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration
Minimum: High School with some college credits
Relevant Experience:
Preferred: 2 Years administrative experience
Experience with Microsoft Suites
Experience managing or reporting on government-funded programs.
Experience working with underserved or marginalized populations.
Minimum: 1 Year administrative experience
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks
