Technician Senior - Production

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assembles and manufactures series of product samples, prototypes, tools or systems in specified time, according to work plans, work orders and specifications.
• Comprehends construction plans, all relevant drawings and work orders, in cooperation with the team.
• Ensure availability of materials and resources needed to accomplish own assignment.
• Prepare all relevant tools, machines and parts according to the defined sample plans, produce and/or assemble series of parts, components, products, systems or tools.
• Perform sight checks, functionality or quality test routines, and take over respective documentation.
• Support and cooperate with accountable Project Manager or Engineers in the analyses of samples.
• Improved upon existing manufactuing and quality methods, as well as develop new methods for prototype manufacturing.

Your Qualifications

• Associates degree in Technical field
• 10 years experience in machine shop environment
• Competent in GD&T, milling, turning, grinding, mechanical assembly, welding, quality control, electrical wiring, stamping, & forming.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
