Duties and Role

As a member of the Project Management Application Service (APP039) Team within the Service Support and Business Applications (SSBA) Service Line (SL), provide specialist support contributing to the technical support of NCIA ServiceNow and Boomi Platforms including:

• Manage and administer ServiceNow platform in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
• Manage and administer Boomi platform in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
• Develop scripts and solutions to support the operation and maintenance of ServiceNow platform;
• Develop new or enhance existing integration processes developed on Boomi platform;
• Apply techniques and methods for troubleshooting issues on ServiceNow and Boomi platforms;
• Act as third line support on ServiceNow and Boomi platforms and collaborate with other lines of support;
• Support the implementation of additional ServiceNow modules;

Working environment is normal office environment. Additionally, the Contractor may be required to travel to remote sites in order to provide on-site Support. Such travel is normally of short duration, up to 1 week and occurs infrequently possibly 2 - 6 times a year.

Requirements

• NATO Secret Security clearance
• Extensive ServiceNow platform (mainly SPM and SCM) knowledge;
• Extensive experience developing solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow REST API's;
• Experience with ServiceNow's MID Server, Flow Designer and App Engine Studio;
• Extensive experience with Boomi platform and integration processes development;
• Experience with Oracle Linux;
• Experience with MySQL;
• Knowledge of Sharepoint administration and development is a plus;
