To this end, we are looking for a Staff Mobile (iOS) Technical Lead to help create a new, consumer-facing fintech product within the Toast Consumer group. 

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Work with a team of developers working collaboratively with UX, PM, QA, and other engineers
• Implement delightful, polished end-to-end experiences across payments and loyalty.  
• Participate in design reviews, product reviews, and code reviews to bring technical perspective throughout the product development life cycle 
• Drive technical decisions to balance between scrappy rapid iteration and long-term robustness & scalability, depending on functionality 
• Collaborate with engineering manager and director to facilitate future team growth 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Passionate about making users happy and seeing people use your product in the wild
• 7+ years of experience with iOS, with additional prior experience in native or full-stack app development 
• 2+ years of experience being in a technical lead role 
• Familiarity & passion with implementing high-fidelity designs provided by UX mocks in Figma, Sketch, etc. 
• Experience implementing monitoring, analytics, testing & security scanning tools to support mission-critical applications in production  
• Willingness to embrace the agile mindset and understand that sometimes we need to ship features quickly and clean up the code later.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$142,000—$227,000 USD
