Job Description

Responsible for providing leadership, support and consultative services to develop and enhance new and existing facilities accounts programs and tools. Provides regional support to GM accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of Aramark’s operating programs and consistency of Aramark’s operating capability from one facility to the next.

Support facilities management operations for a $1.2 billion Facilities Management Company

 

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
  • Develop and implement quality standards that establish and maintains quality policies, procedures, and programs. Ensures adherence to industry standards and regulations. Manages brand and manufacturing standards.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Facility Management resources such as the Aramark.net, Smartsheet, and the New Business Costing Tool.
  • Provide regional support to computerized maintenance management systems relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training.
  • Utilize technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations.
  • Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting methods for client and internal audiences.
  • Provide support to the regional operations teams for new facility management accounts and ensure the full implementation of Aramark's operating programs and ASE’s.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and facilitation of technical training programs for Facilities Front Line managers and employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the other NCOE businesses to ensure training and program development and training.
  • Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits such as the ASE audit, to ensure compliance with our client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety and other local, state and federal regulations.
  • Actively participate in selected “Fresh Eyes” processes relating to selected account retention.
  • Partner with Innovation & Expertise Teams and advocate for change and implement new technologies, programs and or processes consistent with initiatives developed and approved by the NCOE and OpX Sr Teams.
  • Use operational expertise to pilot, incubate and implement new and existing systems and technologies.
  • Position requires Travel, up to 50% 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management required
  • Working knowledge of facility operations, energy solutions, and/or construction services also required.
  • Strong safety culture.
  • Solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience in driving outcomes, creating proformas, and in ROI analysis is preferred.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Share point, and Smartsheet preferred.
