Job DetailsJob Location: Administration Building - Longview, TX 75605Travel Percentage: NoneWe are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and our Administration facility.
The Custodian’s main responsibility would be to clean the Administration building. This position would be responsible for the everyday upkeep of the facility. Some of the everyday tasks include:
Sweeping and mopping floors
Vacuuming floors
Shampooing rugs and carpets when needed
Emptying trash cans and taking out the trash
Cleaning vents
Dusting all surfaces
Waxing floors if needed
Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
Washing windows
Maintaining a thorough inventory
Cleaning and maintaing the restrooms
Wiping down appliances and cleaning out the refrigerator
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsThis position would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility daily working onsite. The ideal candidate will be experienced as a custodian. This candidate would need to be focused on building upkeep, be detailed oriented and have the physical endurance to cover to a large space.
