Who we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. You will work on the documentation for the customer from energy sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation for our hybrid cloud platform services. This includes user guides, API documentation, system architecture documents, and other technical materials. The Technical Writer will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
What will You bring?
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for various platform services, including user guides, API documentation, and system architecture documents.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
- Develop and maintain templates and standards for technical documentation.
- Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- Use tools such as Confluence, Jira, and other documentation platforms to manage and publish documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the platform and incorporate changes into the documentation as needed.
Must-Have Competencies/Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, and other documentation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative, with an ability to work in cross-functional teams.
