About the role

Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

As Associate Brand Manager (Advil)—US Expert Marketing, you’ll help shape the marketing strategy and activation that strengthens Advil’s leadership within the analgesics category by increasing HCP trust, recommendation, and patient conversion. In doing so, you’ll also partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Consumer Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Operations, and Performance Marketing—to elevate our expert reach, amplify Advil’s superior science, and bring industry‑leading omnichannel programs to life. This is an opportunity to contribute to high‑visibility initiatives that meaningfully influence HCPs and patient care, and to grow your career within a fast‑moving, science‑led organization.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead marketing activities to progress your career, with key responsibilities including:

  • Omnichannel Activation: Develop and deliver superior execution of go-to-market activation plans, bringing brand strategies to life across paid, owned and earned channels (e.g. digital, advocacy, media, CRM, sampling, publications, conventions), and leveraging robust, cross-channel data to analyze and optimize performance.

  • Strategy: Support the development of Expert omnichannel strategies rooted in scientific rigor and designed to effectively influence healthcare professional recommendation.

  • Creative: Oversee content and creative development in partnership with agency teams, ensuring message accuracy, medical relevance, and creative effectiveness for HCP audiences.

  • Media Management: Contribute to media strategy development and lead day‑to‑day communications with the media agency, in partnership with the Brand Manager.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Insights, Global Expert Marketing, and agency teams to develop materials that clearly articulate product science, positioning, mechanism of action, and clinical benefits.

  • Salesforce Support: Collaborate with the Expert salesforce and capabilities team to develop tools and resources that strengthen sales efforts, including product samples, promotions, e-sales aids, sales training materials and patient education assets.

  • Culture Building: Foster a culture of Expert obsession, creative bravery, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the Expert Marketing team.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs to support claim development, asset approvals, and ensure scientific substantiation.

  • Market Understanding: Build a deep understanding of the analgesics category, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, and emerging trends to inform strategy and activate best‑in‑class Expert Marketing programs.

  • Performance & Financial Management: Track and evaluate marketing initiatives to identify key insights, improve marketing effectiveness and increase ROIs. Own budget planning, budget management, and product sampling program management.
