Key Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Implementations is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Agile Methodology, Scope Management, Six Sigma, and Agile Scrum Project Management is suggested.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes
**This role is located in Jacksonville, FL and requires being onsite at least 4 days per week.**
There is also a 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of work experience as a project manager
Experience working in an Agile experience
Lean Six Sigma experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Good Communication
Client facing/Team work
Bank Experience
Bachelor's degree
