THE JOB:
The Senior Organization Effectiveness Partner is responsible for providing a range of consultative services and support in executing talent initiatives and priorities identified by the functional Center of Excellence. This position supports the execution of comprehensive strategies, initiatives, action plans and processes to improve critical organizational performance in the area(s) of Employee Engagement, Recognition, Performance Management and Talent Management. The candidate will directly assist in identifying, establishing and sustaining programs, tools, practices and initiatives to improve the organization's ability to manage talent and deliver business results. The incumbent will support transformation and change that supports the organization's overall Human Resources strategy, objectives, and priorities.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Design and update the functional resources and programs that support Operations Playbooks, Essentials of Leadership, and Cross Functional Learning.
Develop, customize and implement functional onboarding tools and resources while analyzing turnover and retention data.
Enhance, refine, and implement talent discussion processes as well as develop assignments that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective leadership structure.
Evaluate issues and situations using multiple sources of information to improve, change or adapt existing techniques, methods, processes or systems.
Works in partnership across the business to orchestrate cultural development and organizational change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies.
Works collaboratively within the CoEs, Property Operations and Human Resources to develop, execute, socialize and refine strategies that best maximizes talent.
Use project management skills to manage work activities and timelines to facilitate the development, deployment, and enhancements of talent processes.
Supports the implementation of company-wide talent and performance management initiatives.
Supports the talent needs of the organization and drives a best-in-class culture.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of prior relevant Experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Consulting and/or managing projects and/or programs.
