And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>About the role</b></p> <p>Our Customer Service team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Sales department and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and order fulfillment in collaboration with the Global Business Unit and external clients.</p> <p>As a Customer Service Representative, you will work on order processing, stock management, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management to support sales targets and customer satisfaction. You will get the opportunity to contribute to efficient order processing and build strong customer relationships and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.</p> <ul> <li>You will be accountable for: <ul> <li>Managing the customer portfolio and the CSR role autonomously.</li> <li>Ensuring the smooth processing of orders on SAP from order placement to invoicing and post-invoicing, if applicable.</li> <li>Managing consigned and advanced stocks, negotiating potential postponements with customers.</li> <li>Collecting and recording sales forecasts in the forecasting tool, recording and tracking complaints and samples in the CRM.</li> <li>Creating the interface with the GBU and external clients.</li> <li>Supporting and responding to specific customer needs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>We offer an internship (6 months) / contract based onsite working mode.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>About you</b></p> <ul> <li>Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.</li> <li>First work experience in customer service, sales administration, or supply chain is a plus.</li> <li>Competencies: <ul> <li>Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in forecasting and stock management.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Behaviors: <ul> <li>Ability to anticipate and plan work effectively.</li> <li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Adaptability and agility in managing multiple tasks and requests.</li> <li>Customer-centric approach.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr"><b>About the pay and benefits</b></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li>Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.
