To strengthen our Sales Division, we are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team. Based in Wrocław, Poland, you will play a key role in growing our presence in the region, working with both new and existing customers.</p><p></p><p><strong>To be successful in your role, we see that you have:</strong></p><ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other academic education, or equivalent working experience</li> <li>3-4 years of experience with a proven track record as a Sales Engineer, or a similar role, alternatively you have worked within production management</li> <li>A strong technical interest and ability to understand complex solutions</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills and ability to build long-term relationships</li> <li>Fluency in English and Polish in speach and writing</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships.</p><p>Your work will include:</p><ul> <li>Managing sales of tailor-made fire prevention systems</li> <li>Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from first contact to final negotiations</li> <li>Developing and expanding new and existing business</li> <li>Working closely with our Sales Division</li> <li>Participating in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events</li> <li>Travelling approximately 80-100 days per year</li> </ul><p>You will be part of a high performing and committed team that strives to increase safety for each individual customer.
