With the Fleet Talent Program, you will have the opportunity to learn on site, with a strong learning curve and the chance to experience different domains before choosing your path. You will learn and grow across three areas: preparation (Technical Engineering) execution and reliability.
Program structure (indicative):
First 6 months: You will rotate through all the technical engineering departments within Fleet to learn their roles and boundaries.
Next phase: You will participate in an intervention as a technical supervisor (e.g., a major repair in drydock) with a 2/1 rotation system.
1 month at Fleet Management: Support the vessel manager and gain insights into operational fleet management.
Final 2 months of Year 1: Work with the reliability team, focusing on FMDA analyses, data-driven solutions, and strategies to improve reliability and reduce breakdowns.
During the second year, the program will be tailored to your personal interests, strengths, and career goals.
Your responsibilities
The Fleet Talent Program offers a structured pathway where you gain broad technical experience within our fleet department, working for our vessels .
Gradually, you will take on more responsibility and work independently on technical projects.
Your profile
Master's degree in a technical or maritime field
