Be the operational backbone behind a high-impact engineering organization shaping the future of connected aviation. At Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, our Connected Aviation Engineering & Technology (E&T) team delivers innovative solutions that keep aircraft, airports, and airspace seamlessly connected. You will play a critical role enabling leaders and engineers to do their best work, serving as a trusted partner who brings structure, organization, and proactive support to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite role based in Annapolis, MD, our largest Connected Aviation hub, with an expectation to work onsite at least 4 days per week during Eastern Time core hours.

What YOU will do:

  • You will manage complex calendars for engineering directors, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting time based on shifting priorities.

  • You will provide reliable onsite administrative and operational support for the Annapolis engineering hub, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs.

  • You will plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events, including leadership meetings, team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and training workshops—handling logistics such as space, catering, security, agendas, and invitees.

  • You will support leaders with travel and expenses, including booking travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.

  • You will maintain and organize administrative systems, including distribution lists, shared folders, presentations, and office documentation.

  • You will oversee office operations by managing supplies, coordinating seating assignments, and preparing workspaces for engineering team members.

  • You will collaborate closely with other administrative professionals, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the organization.

  • You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, serving as a trusted and dependable resource for leaders and team members.

  • You will develop deeper expertise in enterprise-level administrative operations within a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a professional environment

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a customer-service mindset

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Professional, resourceful, and courteous approach to work

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Previous experience supporting a large, corporate or enterprise organization

  • Experience working onsite in a hub-based or engineering-focused environment
