The Technology Leader is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the local technology department. Working from our client's facility in Berlin, Germany, you will lead technical initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the CTO's technological vision across all departments
• Manage and mentor development and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Evaluate and select new technologies that align with company objectives and future growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure technological strategy supports business goals
• Oversee system architecture and infrastructure planning
• Implement best practices for software development and IT operations
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
• Monitor technology budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management
