Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage and impeccably maintain a fleet of in-house eBikes (and company vans).

Responsible for assembling new eBikes.

Install and activate GPS trackers on in-house eBike fleet.

Impeccably maintain and organize facility warehouse/workshop.

Responsible for purchasing shipping supplies and bike parts as needed.

Responsible for all shipping and receiving including dangerous goods (batteries).

Provide product (eBikes) set-up support for trade shows, conferences, training seminars, and other marketing events as needed.

Maintain forklift and dangerous goods shipper training up to date.

Occasional overnight travel, with the willingness to provide support on occasional weekends. (approximately 10 - 15%) 

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a pedal assisted eBike Technician or Mechanic, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical or software related issues for eBikes
• Minimum 2 years' experience maintaining or managing a bicycle shop or warehouse 
• Valid Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Technical Degree/Certificate or a College Diploma 
• Good and precise expression written and oral - highly customer and service-oriented, enjoy customer contact.
• Quick understanding/ learning capabilities, good in working with modern IT / PC.
• Team Player with strong communication, networking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software updates quickly
• Bicycle rider or enthusiast preferred.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60,320 - $65,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
