Senior Specialist,Core Systems

By managing and optimizing EDI interfaces, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely information to our customers, driving stronger relationships and boosting sales. The role offers full time employment contract.

What you will do

• Improve standards of interfaces and processes to enhance system efficiency and usability
• Manage EDI interfaces with external partners and eCommerce connections to the ERP system
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., eInvoicing) and customer-specific EDI requirements
• Integrate new EDI business partners for seamless transactions, including orders, acknowledgments, confirmations, shipments, and invoices
• Monitor and troubleshoot data exchange issues to maintain high availability and performance
• Handle interface errors, identifying and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.

What you bring

Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience working with e-commerce system or related
• Experience with EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT, eInvoicing) and communication protocols (e.g. SFTP)
• Familiarity with XML; Solid understanding of system integration concepts, including API and data mapping.

• Strong capacity to learn, unlearn, and apply new knowledge effectively in dynamic environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within diverse teams and achieve shared goals
