To continue our successful growth, we are looking at hiring new Customer Success Account Managers / Business Growth Coaches.

You will be driving the success of amazing, ambitious entrepreneurs on a 1-1 basis in our Growth Partner Accelerator.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and proven track record of B2B business growth coaching in helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses, both those starting from scratch, as well as those with existing product-market fit looking to scale further.

We’re are ideally looking for ex-agency owners who are committed to helping others achieve success by giving business growth advice, holding them accountable to goals and expectations that are set, and helping entrepreneurs overcome their biggest obstacles for growth.

The Role:

Working as the Personal Growth Partner, you will be overseeing a portfolio of clients, conducting daily 1-1 consultation sessions, and guiding clients on the development and execution of their growth action plans. If specific expertise is required (e.g. finance, legal, delivery etc. ), you'll collaborate with our team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide targeted support. This role demands a high level of business acumen, coaching skills, and digital marketing and sales experience. 

• Client Engagement and Progress Management: Conduct in-depth, personalised video consultations to understand each client’s current position and goals, crafting tailored action plans. Provide ongoing support through regular progress reviews, offering strategic guidance to ensure accountability and continuous advancement. Each member of our team works with around 40 clients.
• Strategic Program and Client Optimization: Deliver insightful analysis on client progress and overall program performance to inform key stakeholder decisions. Apply and continuously refine strategies in offer creation, marketing, and sales—guided by our coaching—to help partners increase revenue. Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes to maximize effectiveness and growth.
• Client Success & Experience Management: Oversee the end-to-end client experience, proactively implementing improvements to maximise satisfaction and results. Act as a dedicated coach through 1:1 sessions, setting clear action plans, holding clients accountable, and providing targeted feedback via Slack. Rapidly resolve challenges while reviewing key milestones to ensure clients stay focused on high-impact activities that drive their success.
• Marketing & Resource Support: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of client-created marketing materials through thorough review and refinement. Serve as a key resource within our digital community platforms, promptly addressing client inquiries and guiding them to the most relevant tools, content, and learning materials.
