Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a strategic plan for regional/local lung congresses, ensuring effective congress execution. You will serve as the key point on the US Lung Medical Team for all US/International Lung Congresses. Your responsibilities will also include working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategies within all lung cancer congresses to optimize delivery of our portfolio of oncology drugs to clinical practice. You will also be responsible for analyzing and conceptualizing a lung congress strategy, leading innovative initiatives, and optimizing key HCP meetings at Top tier Lung Congresses.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced degree in biological sciences and or medical training (Ph.D. D., MD., MSc, PharmD)
  • 7 years of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare confirmed experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical Affairs HQ or MSL, strategic congress planning, and project management
  • Experience in developing/planning and tactically delivering short/long-term Congress US Medical strategic plans based on qualitative data in a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert in the oncology/ Lung Cancer Experience drug development process in lung cancer preferred
  • Working cross-functionally between all key areas of the drug development process (i.e., USMA, GMA, R&D, Commercial, RWE, etc.)
  • Ability to strategically develop and gauge feasibility, impact, and risks of programs
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment and 10-30% travel required

  • Analytical skills /evidence-based decision-making skills in a competitive and changing landscape
  • Working with scientific and industry leaders to gather insights and opinions to shape strategy
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders
