Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Global Patient Operations (GPO) Team. The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects related to GPO functional areas. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and is accountable for project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met. This Senior Project Coordinator position requires a high degree of independence and will cover multiple teams, regions, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects related to Global Patient Operations via our project tool through assisting the project manager in project activities.
Manage global projects as directed by lead.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
Follow up on Change Control Status related to project owners within Global Patient Operations to report on to PM Team
Support Global Patient Operations initiatives in Cell Therapy
Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date in project plans.
Support the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.
Own and update slides for Global Patient Operations meetings related to projects status with completed projects, priority, and de-prioritized projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent
2+ years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Experience in cell therapy development and commercialization is preferred.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and software
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $75,000 - $95,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
