FULL TIME BACKWAITER/FOOD RUNNER - ROOTS IN PRINCETON ($20-25/Hour, Inclusive of Tips!)

Expected Pay: $20-25 per Hour (this number is inclusive of tips!)

We are currently seeking backwaiters that will exceed our guests expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.

GOALS

• To provide the highest quality service to guests at all times
• Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
• To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
• To properly execute all necessary steps of service
• Respond positively to any requests.

Requirements

• Fast learner and able to follow direction
• Knowledge of food and beverage (preferred) as well as a passion to cultivate this skill
• Displays a confident and professional appearance
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• High school diploma preferred
