This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining automated integration processes, primarily using  Java, PowerShell, and SQL. It plays a critical part in regression testing, monitoring, and triaging integration issues across multiple environments and systems.The resource will act as both a technical lead and mentor, guiding small distributed teams and supporting ongoing optimization of automation and support processes. Strong scripting, integration, and troubleshooting capabilities, along with the ability to manage documentation, support incident recovery, effective communication and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. #Automation #ITManagementWhat Our Interfaces Administrator Will Do

• Plan & execute the incorporation of all live integrations into the production operations team processes

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of all supporting documentation required to manage production integrations with various Insurity products

• Continually optimize Integration support processes, monitoring and reporting

• Assist in the development, maintenance and ongoing execution of automated integration regression testing

• Exhibit technical leadership and experience to manage small distributed teams of technical resources

• Continually optimize Integration support processes, monitoring and reporting

• Provide backup coverage for Interfaces Analyst Roles

• Participate in any special projects as needed that involves customer data and environments

• Provide second level triage and recovery of automated processes in multiple DART sites

• Spec the necessary automation job

• Code DART system framework in Java
