We are seeking a Director in Forecast to Deploy functions to lead activities in our new transformation project. This role is responsible for thought-leadership, design, delivery, and deployment activities towards this multi-year initiative. The role will be based in Atlanta.
This role will work closely with our global business team to understand the ERP (SAP S/4) Forecast to Deploy solutions, including Production Execution, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, as well as related interfaced systems.
This role will drive and design our Forecast to Deploy functionality and will work with our project Consulting partners on process and solution design, testing, training, and implementation. This role will collaborate with the other project transformation functional teams (Production Planning, Production Scheduling, MRP, and Materials Management).
Currently, Coca-Cola has globally implemented S/4 Hana, SAP MII, Sample Manager, and Prometheus solutions. SAP MII has also been implemented globally, with a continuous improvement approach to enable better and user-friendly integrations with plant shop floor systems.
New projects will include complete implementations of new manufacturing plants, expansions of plants with new production lines, extension of existing solutions with new scenarios for new or enhanced product lines, production and maintenance improvements. Additionally, several integrations with other SAP solutions will be implemented to enhance existing solutions.
It is essential that the candidate demonstrates strong leadership and technical skills in Forecast to Deploy technologies and solutions within the supply chain for the consumer products industry. These technologies include SAP S/4 PE, QM, PM, SAP MII, DM, as well as the integrations and interfaces necessary to manage an end-to-end production supply chain. We are seeking a leader with hands-on experience in SAP implementations, solution design, configuration, and deployments.
It is crucial for this role to understand the various levels of master data elements required to support the Forecast to Deploy solutions in SAP. This includes deep expertise in Materials Master, BOM (Bill of Materials), Recipes, Resources, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Inspection Plans. Additionally, proficiency in managing the master data necessary to integrate Forecast to Deploy with other Supply Chain SAP modules, such as EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and Planning, is essential.
This role will have responsibilities and require expertise in project management, change management, resource utilization, and system deployments. This role will work collaboratively with our software vendors and research ways to leverage the software capabilities.
Visa/work sponsorship will not be considered (H1B transfers potentially considered for highly qualified candidates).

- Quality Management (In Process, Inbound and Outbound Inspections, Integration with Coca-Cola Laboratories and R&D)
