Salesforce & Infrastructure Systems Specialist
Location: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid with Remote Flexibility)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
We’re looking for a mid-to-senior IT Specialist who can bridge infrastructure system administration with Salesforce AI optimization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight to help scale systems, streamline operations, and drive data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do

Administer and improve IT infrastructure (servers, cloud, networking, security).
Lead Salesforce development, automation, and integrations.
Build centralized dashboards and integrate data (Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau).
Partner with leadership to define IT strategy, investments, and growth roadmaps.
Ensure cybersecurity protocols, access controls, and proactive monitoring.
Manage technology lifecycle: devices, software onboarding, and user provisioning.
Champion AI-driven innovation (Microsoft CoPilot, automation tools, emerging tech).

What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years in system administration & infrastructure support.
Experience with Salesforce administration & automation.
Familiarity with reporting tools (PowerBI or similar).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications, cloud/DevOps experience, security certifications, Microsoft CoPilot or AI productivity tool experience.
