Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop ASP.NET/ASP web applications and API utilizing C#, .NET Core Class Libraries, jQuery, Angular, Angular JS, and React including RESTful and event-driven APIs that support scalable automation and data processing services.
  • Create workflow applications and content management systems (CMS) like Sitefinity and implement rule-based and configurable business process engines.
  • Apply SOLID principles to ensure robust and maintainable code and design modular architectures that enable extensibility and rapid feature iteration.
  • Build responsive internet and intranet websites using the Bootstrap framework.
  • Collaborate within an agile development environment leveraging CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Design user interfaces for web-based and desktop applications integrated with client-server databases including dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data visualization components.
  • Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for distributed systems, API integrations, and real-time data workflows.
  • Stay up to date with current development patterns and propose architectural improvements including cloud-native services, containerized deployments, and scalable microservices architectures.
  • Design and implement systems that incorporate predictive logic, conversational interfaces,
  • document processing, or automated decision-support capabilities using modern development toolsets.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud-based cognitive or data enrichment services into enterprise platforms.
  • Write reports, analyses, and communications as needed.
  • Conduct unit testing and regression testing, ensuring high-quality applications and contribute to automated quality assurance pipelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to service level agreements (SLA).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of progressive development experience in web-based .NET applications or a related environment including experience building scalable APIs and distributed application components.
  • Experience implementing workflow orchestration, rule-based engines, or process automation frameworks.
  • Experience in Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework and familiarity with modern .NET (Core/6/7/8), RESTful services, and asynchronous programming patterns.
  • Understanding of multi-tier Internet/Intranet application development including service-oriented and microservices-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with Team Foundation Server and the Microsoft Application Lifecycle or comparable source contr
