Works with RHA recruiters and local operations leadership to source candidates and work towards an ideal candidate experience through the hiring experience. This includes interviews, technical support, communication and other employee relations to build the ideal candidate experience. Administrative functions for a region including: coordinating the new employee orientation process, maintaining employee records, conducting training, assisting with employee relations/communication and performing administrative functions as needed. Supervises and delivers various personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communication, job changes, and file/records management. This position also works closely with staff who coordinate training and credentialing for required staff. Assists with determining the appropriate staffing level for the unit, assigns duties as needed to other administrative staff, ensures all employees are paid appropriately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates Candidate Interview, Onboarding Process and Coordinates Staff Solutions with the Director and/or Administrator. Works with RHA recruiters and local operations leadership to source candidates and work towards an ideal candidate experience through the hiring experience.
  • Assists with Employee Relations- Assists in employee relations activities acting as a reference for personnel policies.  Works with Administrator/Director and Corporate HR on employee matters.
  • Coordinates Employee Training and Development- Coordinates and participates in new employee orientation including assisting in training. Schedules and confirms training for staff.
  • Coordinates Employee Staffing and Hiring
  • Performs Credentialing- Completes all credentialing for each licensed staff hired per company policy.

Requirements

  • One year of HR, Training or Credentialing experience preferred. Travel may be required, greater than 1 hour, depending on their proximity to the assigned units.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
