Our Work

The Cyber Strategy and Operating Model team specializes in developing and optimizing operating models for cybersecurity, conducting maturity assessments, and ensuring client is compliant with relevant standards and regulations. They support clients in managing cyber risks and driving cyber transformations to enhance overall security posture.

The team works closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and technology environments, leveraging strengths while identifying and addressing gaps in their current cyber operating models.

Job Description

We are looking for someone interested in being part of building up a new growth area of cyber strategy and operating model integrated into technology transformations.

As an experienced consultant ready to lead, you will:

  • Drive and lead end-to-end projects, from scoping to full implementation — often as a primary client advisor
  • Design and deliver solutions aligned with Cyber / Resilience framework
  • Facilitate client workshops, train stakeholders, and guide change management efforts
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Deloitte consultants, clients, and solution partners
  • Actively contribute to business development, including proposal writing, client engagement, and market positioning
  • Help build Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Operating model capabilities in the Nordics and support community-building efforts across the region
