Job Highlights:- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Join a growing Australian digital marketing agency as a key member of the operations team, where you'll drive client success through effective project and account management. In this role, you'll orchestrate the delivery of digital marketing projects while managing both internal teams and client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of 15-20 clients, collaborating with a dynamic team of 10+ professionals across various digital marketing disciplines. As the operational backbone of the organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring project success and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Manage portfolio of 15-20 active clients
- Oversee project delivery team of approximately 10 members
- Handle all client-facing operations except sales
- Coordinate with both internal staff and freelancers
- Operate within established project management systems
- Report directly to business owner
- Manage varying workload based on project requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business
- Lead project delivery and ensure successful completion of client projects
- Handle task management and resource allocation across the team
- Conduct stakeholder management and maintain client relationships
- Follow up with clients and internal team members on project progress
- Manage the client onboarding process
- Oversee internal staff working on client projects
- Coordinate with a team of approximately 10 members (staff and freelancers)
- Ensure efficient delivery of digital marketing services
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing project management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and deliverables
- Excellent English communication skills
- Project management or account management experience
- Client service orientation
- Ability to work full-time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
