About this opportunity
Welcome to the Income Control & Analysis team. We add value by ensuring the correctness and understanding of our financials and support business area CFO teams with analyses and comments on the development in profit and loss, balance sheet, margins and other measures. Our income and customer volume analyses stretch down to customer and contract level with large corporates and to different product types for household customers. Changing market environment and expanding requirements from our customers keep up constant learning and need for adapting our processes, making our work more interesting and rewarding also.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing monthly and quarterly financial results
- Explaining and commenting changes in balance sheet or income lines to support management in a decision making process
- Ensuring that financial data is complete, correct and compliant
- Securing that relevant and efficient action is taken when corrective postings are needed
- Building your expertise to support quality improvement and alignment initiatives that increase efficiency and quality in our reporting and processes
You will join a highly experienced and motivated team of controllers with a strong background in supporting our Business Areas and Group Functions.
The role is based in Łódź, Warsaw or Gdynia.

Your experience and background:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant field
- Experience as a controller or in a similar role (preferably in the banking sector)
- Adequate level of business English (both written and spoken)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in Essbase/Smartview, PowerBI, SQL, HFM or SAP tools is considered an advantage
