Position Scope:
Responsibilities include: Perform Laboratory procedures according to established clinic guidelines and other relevant regulations. All programs and activities are designed to support the short and long term mission, goals and objectives of the Stillwater Medical Group. This position is expected to support the mission, goals and objectives of the Stillwater Medical Group.
Qualifications
Education:
Licenses, certification, or registration which indicate attainment of a recognized level of competence and which meet Federal, State, or local requirements and are required for employment.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Medical Assistant program preferred.
OSHA Training
Skills required:
Advanced organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
Knowledge of health care field
Skill in performing assigned tasks appropriately; tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions
Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures; to project a pleasant and professional image; plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks; demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others; apply written instructions and standardized work practices; communicate clearly; and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients and families.
Experience required:
A minimum of one year customer service experience preferably in health care setting
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities daily
Computer proficiency:
