<h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>You advise our customers regarding HR processes and the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Payroll</li> <li>You lead project teams responsibly and efficiently </li> <li>You analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes </li> <li>You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing process and system landscape for our customers </li> <li>You advocate the best practice approach </li> <li>You mentor other, more junior colleagues </li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent professional experience </li> <li>Relevant SAP certification in HR/Cloud and/or interfaces </li> <li>Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors </li> <li>Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions </li> <li>Strong customer orientation </li> <li>Ability to work in a team and to manage a team </li> <li>High degree of initiative, a structured and independent way of working </li> <li>Willingness to travel </li> <li>Fluent in German, English is a plus</li> </ul>
