As the Director, Marketing Technology you will drive martech strategy, roadmap and operations in partnership across various technology, marketing and ecommerce teams. You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders to define, build, activate and enhance a leading technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing processes and technologies with the ability to provide big picture view, project management and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
Partner to build and enhance an integrated MarTech stack across various technologies
Drive Marketing Technology roadmap to enhance overall revenue driving capabilities
Own Marketing Technology budget, licensing and usage
Partner with Procurement in vendor evaluation, selection, renewal, and optimization of overall MarTech usage and costs
Manage strategic relationships with MarTech vendors including discovery sessions, enterprise strategy planning, Quarterly Business Reviews and results
Stay on the cutting edge of marketing technology trends & best practices, and introduce new technologies that will help us exceed our marketing goals
What experience you need
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing
Past experience managing a team or indirectly managing through influence
What could set you apart
Well-versed in enterprise-grade marketing technology platforms (e.g. Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Data Platforms, Account Based Marketing platforms)
Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot experience
Ability to manage MarTech initiatives from beginning-to-end using structured project plans
Understanding of leveraging AI in marketing
Proven ability to partner with Technology teams in roadmap development and execution
Understanding of privacy, consent & preference management, first-party data
