Junior Program Manager

Job Description:

·       The position is for a Program Manager to help provide programmatic and financial support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia, Code 23.

 Specific duties include:

·       Provide management, financial, and funding analysis.

·        Utilize Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.

·       Create databases using MS Access.

·       Provide high level graphics support, utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software.

·       Supervise production of technical manuals and production books.

 Required Skills and Experience:

·       Five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience.

·       Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books.

·       Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.

·       Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions.

 Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university.

·       Must be a U.S. citizen.

·       A secret security clearance
