Summary
This role provides experienced internal executive coaching to participants in the Jefferson Executive Leadership Development cohort (ELDC) program. It focuses on providing targeted coaching support, helping emerging and established leaders understand, execute, and sustain critical leadership behaviors through behavioral skill development, enhance their leadership presence, and drive organizational impact resulting in increased retention and engagement across the enterprise.


Job Duties

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executive leadership cohort participants
  • Facilitate group coaching sessions and peer learning circles within the cohort
  • Design and deliver coaching interventions aligned with specific behavioral skills and principles
  • Support participants in identifying and addressing leadership challenges and growth opportunities
  • Provide feedback and guidance on leadership competencies, emotional intelligence, and executive presence using a specific framework for leader behavioral skills and principles
  • Support program participants through leadership transitions and challenging assignments
  • Track metrics and ROI for the program
  • Conduct leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback sessions
  • Partner with participants to create meaningful development goals and action plans
  • Tracks progress against development objectives and provide regular progress updates


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Organizational psychology, business, or related field and
  • 5 years professional coaching experience and
  • 3 years executive-level coaching
  • Demonstrated experience working within corporate environments and understanding organizational dynamics
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs or cohort-based learning
  • Track record of successful coaching outcomes with senior leaders and high-potential talent
  • Strong coaching skills including active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback delivery
  • Deep understanding of leadership development principles, behavioral analysis, and adult learning theory
  • Systems thinking and ability to understand complex organizational challenges
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive leadership and organizational issues
  • ACC - Associate Certified Coach - International Coaching Federation


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree Organizational psychology, business, or related field


Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
